The Emergency function in MiVoice allows you to pre-select up to 5 phone contacts as “Angels”. When you have an emergency, the click of a button pulls you and your 5 Angels in a chat room where you can sort out your emergency – DATA FREE. Your location is shown to everyone in the chat room, so they can come to you.
You can activate our Emergency armed response and emergency medical response feature by inviting a family member into MiVoice. You will be charged a service fee of R 28 per month. Your family member will not be charged at all! You and your family member then have access to this service, and it will create a mobile wallet for your family member. Click here to learn more.
